Reson8 Cake & Coffee night

Yesterday, a dozen or so non-believers came to know the Lord.

Amongst them a sister of mine :o)

I love it when one of my sisters come to know the Lord - it gives me an excuse to go jewellery shopping. Bear in mind that the crucifix is no lucky charm or anything pagan like that, but serves as a reminder to the wearer that he/she is now reborn in Christ.

Good work people - our labour of love for the Lord will be honoured if we seek first His kingdom and righteousness. I shudder in fear if our spirit was not right, or if any one thing in our presentation to the unsaved somehow hoodwinks them into accepting Jesus as Saviour and Lord. It is reassuring to know that the Pastor keeps a close eye on the activities - the youth being accountable better encourages maturity and responsibility.

In any case, I hope and pray that this church, and all churches for that matter, continues to seek the Lord with prayer, intercession, personal holiness and meeting of spiritual and practical needs of the unsaved, that they might then grow with the addition of the unsaved being saved, and the saved growing in faith and spiritual maturity, causing more unsaved to be saved.

To God be the glory, great things He hath done.
